I am mostly known around Eastern European digital studios as the co-founder of Be Brave Solutions, created in Poland with Emilia Mosiewicz. Over the past few years, we've received a few small awards in Eastern Europe and a few Clutch badges.

At Be Brave Solutions, we challenged the traditional sales approach, spending 6 years establishing automated and scalable processes that prioritize human connections. We've helped businesses thrive for being an alternative to hiring an expensive sales director within the EU.

With over 12 years of experience in marketing, I've explored various creative fields, from music to advertising, all while working for a law degree - which later I gave up on due to marketing. My career took a transformative turn in San Francisco, where I immersed myself in the startup culture from Palo Alto at the time.

My passion for sales truly ignited when I joined one of the fastest-growing lead generation startups in Europe. Since then, I've worked with the latests Polish scale-ups and Eastern European software houses, by leveraging a crucial tool often overlooked by the brightest tech minds: understanding people. Sales should be about honest, intercultural communication, not about bothering each other.
